One person can now do what it used to take a team to ship.The tooling hasn't caught up. Most of what you can build with today is designed to extract from you: your data, your time, your judgment. The agents are smart; the platforms hosting them aren't aligned with you.We're building Fusion for the version of that decade we want to live in. One where individuals build and profit on their own terms. Where the AI that helps you reason runs on your machine. Where the codebase you ship on is free until it earns the right to be paid for. Where the engine that trades your portfolio is one you can audit, not a black box that takes a cut.Two cores, one thesis: personal sovereignty.Helix is the DNA. AI-native design system, components, codebase, infra. Free; commercial layer when it earns the right. The substrate every Fusion product ships on, and that you can ship your own products on, including ones you conversationally build by pointing an agent at it.Cortex is the mind. Composable agents, retrieval, reasoning, sentiment. You point it at whatever you're building (a website, a business, a strategy) and it composes the parts. The engine that powers our products and, eventually, third-party ones through a marketplace.Helix and Cortex give us (and you) the ingredients to ship products. Apex is the first one we're building: opt-in algorithmic trading on battle-tested sub-strategies and AI sentiment, running locally, executing through your broker. The engine is ours; the call is yours. More products will follow on the same DNA + mind.We're early. Helix is in active development; Cortex is starting; Apex is being built. How we build.Five principles every Fusion product inherits.

   AI-native by default.Every API in Fusion is designed to be read and written by an agent as fluently as by a human. Typed enums beat conventions. Explicit names beat terse ones. The Custom Elements Manifest is a public contract. The same discipline that makes a system legible to an agent makes it kinder to the human teammate inheriting it tomorrow.

   Personal sovereignty over the new lever.The lever has shifted toward individuals. The barriers that made it expensive to start a company, ship a product, or run your own portfolio are dissolving. We build for the version of that decade where one person can do what a team used to.
3. 03
   Your machine, your data, your call.Sovereign by default. Your data is yours. Apex's strategies run on your machine, against your data, under your hand. Cortex's agents call your tools, with permission you grant per session. Cloud is opt-in, never the default.

   First principles, not convention.First principles, not convention. Sometimes the right answer is the boring one and we keep it. Sometimes the convention is wrong and we leave it. We don't ship a thing because everyone else does, and we don't avoid one because nobody has.

   Composable, not coupled.Composable, not coupled. Helix is the DNA, Cortex is the mind. Apex is the first product they birth; more will follow. Each layer stands alone (Helix is independently usable, Cortex is independently usable, every product on top is independently buyable) but together they compound.
